Return and Refund Policy

At Poria Cosmetics, we are dedicated to providing high-quality OEM/ODM and private label manufacturing services. Due to the customized nature of our products, our Return and Refund Policy differs from standard B2C retail policies. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or claim for quality issues.

2. Eligibility for Returns Because our products are manufactured to specific client requirements (OEM/ODM), we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or personal preference.

Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue verified by our Quality Assurance team.

  • Damaged in Transit: The items arrived damaged due to shipping.

  • Wrong Item Sent: You received a product different from what was specified in your Contract or Invoice.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Commercial Invoice number).

3. Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized orders (Private Label products) that have been approved by the client prior to mass production.

  • Samples (Sample fees are generally non-refundable unless agreed upon in a subsequent bulk order).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. How to Start a Return To start a return or file a claim, you can contact us at young@mellinco.com.

Please provide:

  1. Your Order Number or Invoice Number.

  2. Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: Poria Cosmetics will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement shipment at our expense.

  • Other Approved Returns: If a return is approved for reasons other than manufacturer defect (at our sole discretion), the client is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds and Resolutions Once we have received and inspected your return (or verified the defect via digital evidence), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you can choose one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement/Remake: We will reproduce and ship the defective quantity to you immediately.

  • Store Credit: A credit will be applied to your account for your next order.

  • Monetary Refund: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Note: This clause applies primarily to standard stock items and may not apply to custom-made goods (B2B exemptions apply).
